Architecturally Designed Homes
A new home designed to have room and bedrooms for grandchildren complete with an outdoor living area. The landscaping included planter boxes and decks. A large separate workshop was also part of the build.

Renovations
Our clients wanted us to add a master bedroom and ensuite to their existing home which was achieved by adding another level.
Alterations
An extensive alteration was undertaken on this home. We dug out under the existing house to form 3 car parks and a workshop with internal access to the higher levels. On level 2, we altered the floor layout to include a new kitchen and family room and expanded the existing bathroom. A whole new storey was added to include the master bedroom, ensuite and office.
Light Earth & Eco-Friendly Homes
We built this 2 bedroom home with light earth walls and macrocarpa board and batten cladding. The home features solar hot water heating, a composting toilet, a wood burner, and gas cooking. The mud walls are all north facing for passive thermal heating. The layout is open plan living to make very good use of a medium-sized dwelling.
Outdoor Entertainment Areas, Decks, and Fences
This was a challenging installation as there was a substantial retaining wall required to fit the pool in the site, and we needed to create enough space around the pool to form another little patio area as well.
